We were so excited to have Liliana's Cousin, Chef Giuseppe Ciotti visit us to share his expertise in
pizza-making with the staff. He is a well-known Pizzaiolo hailing from Liliana’s home town of
San Benedetto, Italy where he has been perfecting his craft for the past 34 years.
We loved having him and look forward to incorporating his tips and techniques into our menu.
